SOIL SELECTIONED (UNTREATED SOIL) - TO PUT ON GRIND MACHINE THE UNTREATED SOIL = TREATED SOIL.
After the "grind process", the mix mass can to be "PRESSED on brick machine" and already (you must wait only 07 days to work with this one (total cure estimative : 28days) !!! “THE IDEAL SOIL”
QUESTION: HOW YOU CAN TO CHOOSE THE CORRECT SOIL TO PRODUCE THE ECOLOGICAL MODULAR BRICK ??? ****ANSWER: YOU MAY TO USE “ALL SOIL AROUND THE WORLD”, “EXCEPT ORGANIC SOIL” (USUALLY THIS ONE IS USED FOR PLANTS, A SPECIAL EARTH!).
“THE IDEAL SOIL”, EXPLAINATION :
***IS THAT MADE OF 50-70% SAND AND THE REMAINDER OF CLAY. CLAYHEAVY SOIL IS NOT IDEAL BUT CAN BE COMPENSATED FOR BY INCREASING THE SAND CONTENT UNITL THE CORRECT COMPOSITION IS ACHIEVED.
SOIL FROM THE TOP LEVELS OF THE GROUND IS NOT RECOMMENDED BECAUSE IT USUALLY CONTAINS A MIXTURE ORGANIC MATTER, ROOTS, AND STONES. BLACK (GARDENING) SOIL IS ONE OF THESE NON RECOMMENDED SOILS. THE IDEAL SOIL COLLOR IS RED OR YELLOW. ACIDIL SOIL OUGHT TO BE TREATED WITH LIME TO NEUTRALISE ITS ACIDITY, AND ONE DAY BEFORE ITS USE.

* Engine: 220volts – reinforced – the material used in our grind soil machines is “high strength” !! – 2CV – 1,5KW – 3380RPM – 5,46 “AMPERES (A) – 80 hz ( HERTZ ) – POTENCE PERFORMANCE : 81% - “REINFORCED”.
* The grind soil machine is a accelerator in to prepare the gross soil (you may to use 01 Grind Soil Machine to support until 03 Brick Machines)
* All structure of the our Grind Soil is produced in steel with high strength / very hard material used on production !!
* Special material used on propeller of the our Grind Soil Machine.
* The gross soil is treated by grinding or sieving, and eventually corrected (this is the best mode to use the soil in our brick machines to produce the Ecological Bricks !!) . The Grind is a MIXER too (mix all basic elements : soil, cement and water) !!
